Louisville organization spreads kindness

by The 100 Companies

Founded in 2012 by a fifth grader, Random Acts of Kindness Louisville (RAK) encourages people to practice random acts of kindness and extraordinary acts of service for the community.

Food insecurity is a key focus for the group. They set up community food pantries throughout the city for people to take what they need or leave what they can. Pantries are located at:

Minor’s Lane Elementary Outdoor Pantry

Newburg Boys and Girls Club Outdoor Pantry

Blue Lick Elementary

Chenoweth Elementary School

Get involved by participating in the food pantry program or one of their other efforts to serve the city.
