A message to recent grads: Keep calm on the job search

We’re in the midst of college graduation season, meaning that millions of recent graduates are now looking to enter the workforce. 

Some have had a job lined up for months, some are still hunting and others remain clueless as to what they want to do. If you find yourself either unemployed or with no sense of direction, take a deep breath, relax and follow these tips:

• Narrow your search: mapping out an initial plan will go a long way.

• Update your resume: For employers, this is their first impression of you.

• Network: Build, build and build.
