Sauerbeck Drive-In in La Grange feels like you’re stepping back in time.
The classic outdoor experience opened in 2018 when the Sauerbeck family faced the closure of their standard movie theater. Inspired to bring people together, they opened the drive-in for people to connect, enjoy the evening air and watch a movie, right from their cars.
There is space for 400 cars, and people are encouraged to make a night of it by bringing blankets and chairs, kids even wear their pajamas. With great films, concessions and even classic car showings, Saurebeck’s Drive-In offers a perfect summer experience to remember.
