Of course, they are connected by I-65, but they also all made Southern Living magazine’s list of the best things to do in Kentucky.
The magazine was focusing on family-friendly activities that reached beyond the Derby, so although it mentioned bourbon, only one bourbon-themed attraction made the list. That was the Bluegrass Tavern in Lexington.
Kentucky is often featured in the regional lifestyle magazine. Earlier this year, another Lexington restaurant, Dudley’s On Short, made its list of the best restaurants in the South.
