Kentucky’s oldest town is still a hotspot according to Southern Living magazine.
Harrodsburg was recently named to the Southern travel publication’s list of “12 Southern Towns Perfect for a Cozy November Getaway.” Quaint Beaumont Inn, the historic Shaker Village at Pleasant Hill, classic fried chicken and, of course, Kentucky bourbon were mentioned as reasons to visit the historic Kentucky town.
Southern Living says, “Nothing celebrates the season like catching the mountains, valleys, forests, and fields throughout the South when they’re absolutely on fire with fall color.” So, break out your favorite cozy sweater and venture to Harrodsburg for your next fall getaway.
