A massive 35,000-square-foot Starbucks in downtown Chicago has a taste of Kentucky on the menu. The five-story coffee shop includes a cocktail bar on its fourth floor, where customers can enjoy a drink made with coffee beans aged in Knob Creek bourbon barrels.
The new store, which opened this month, also offers all your favorite classic coffee drinks and houses a bakery with freshly baked bread and sandwiches. Inside, check out the 56-foot-tall steel cask for roasted coffee beans, which the coffee shop will need to store the estimated 200,000 pounds of beans to be roasted on-site each year.
