Kentucky’s famous bluegrass and rolling hills are certainly a spectacle for visitors but a recent Travel + Leisure article featured the Commonwealth for what’s below the surface.
Mammoth Cave National Park, located primarily in Edmonson County, is the world’s longest cave system. The travel magazine praised the park for its complex array of passageways that span for more than 400 miles with some tours taking visitors 300 feet below the surface.
