Season 3 of Netflix’s hit show, “Selling Sunset,” premiered recently, and I fully understand the hype. The show follows agents at real estate firm The Oppenheim Group as they sell homes to LA’s rich and famous, with some catty drama mixed in.
I’ve been learning more about the industry this year while working with a real estate client. So it’s been interesting to peek inside beautiful multi-million dollar homes and watch some of the unique ways agents market to potential buyers.
While a Botox and Burgers open house may only work in LA, watching still gets the creative ideas flowing.
