MuttNation, a foundation created by country music superstar Miranda Lambert, has teamed up with national pet insurance provider PetFirst Pet Insurance to help make it easier for people to adopt rescue pets. PetFirst’s headquarters are located in metropolitan Louisville.
The exclusive alliance means that pets adopted across the country through MuttNation will be eligible for one month of PetFirst insurance included with their adoption.
“We’re excited to be able to offer this additional benefit,” Lambert said. “MuttNation’s efforts to find forever homes for rescue animals is a great match with PetFirst helping to remove the financial worry from pet ownership.”
