Public market brings food, art, fun to Louisville

by The 100 Companies

The long-awaited Logan Street Market is now open in Louisville’s Shelby Park neighborhood.

The urban public market aims to provide healthy, fresh and local food to an underserved community. Merchants run a gamut of specialties from New York-style bagels to gourmet dog treats, artisanal cheeses, vegan jerky and wild-caught seafood. An in-house coffee roaster and craft microbrewery offer sips to savor while you peruse the shops.

Farm-fresh produce, crafts made by refugees, cooking classes and a kid-friendly play area are also part of the extensive indoor shopping center. You can’t miss the bright blue building, open Tuesdays through Sundays weekly.
