Messer Construction Co. is building the Louisville City Football Club’s new stadium in the city’s historic Butchertown neighborhood. The new stadium will be open in time for the beginning of the 2020 season in March.

“While we’re proud to work with LouCity FC in building the stadium, we’re more excited to provide a permanent home for one of the most loyal and vibrant fanbases in Kentucky,” said John Megibben, Messer vice president and Louisville market leader. “That fanbase is led by a group called, The Coopers.”

This is a $65 million transformative project for Louisville financed through public-private partnership.
