Yes, we’re open! Where to eat out on Thanksgiving

Not a great cook? You will be thankful for these dining options this Thanksgiving holiday:

Luxury hotels: Many hotels offer Thanksgiving meals, including 21c Museum Hotel’s Lockbox, in Lexington. The four-course menu includes shared appetizers, a choice of prime rib or roasted turkey and savory southern sides.

State parks: Many Kentucky State Parks offer a traditional buffet on Thanksgiving Day, so you can take in the fall foliage while feasting.

Take-and-go: Host Thanksgiving at home without the hassle. Some restaurants, including The Cheddar Box in Louisville,  offer pre-made meals with all the “fixins” for pickup. Don’t forget the pumpkin pie.
